Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In Store Pickup.
We are sorry, but this is not available.
Free Shipping.
Mainland UK orders that amount to over £120 will be eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
Standard Shipping.
Mainland UK
Up to 15kg £10.82
2nd and subsequent boxes an additional £8.79 each.
UK Highlands and Islands
Up to 15kg £21.65
2nd and subsequent boxes an additional £11.99 each.
Delivery Times
Orders received before 3pm are processed on the day of receipt and will be despatched for delivery within our 2 working days (Monday to Friday) target.
Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday will therefore be scheduled for delivery the following Monday and Tuesday, respectively.
Every effort is taken to ensure prompt delivery within the target scheduled period. However, at busy periods or at times when your receipt is time sensitive, we would advise that you place your order as early as practicable to ensure you receive your order in good time.
Once your order is processed you will receive a courier notification advising of the expected delivery date, this will be by SMS or email.
IS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
Sorry, we do not offer delivery outside of the UK
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
